According to the information we have, some powerful’ people in Government demanded a Sh400 million from Abdul Galgalo which he agreed but demanded that NHIF make advance payment which he was paid and went missing three years down the line, Abdul Galgalo disappeared in thin air after being prodded severally by the CEO to honour the tender and make the supplies which he fails to do.
Funny enough, Geoffrey Mwangi and his acting Finance Director Wilbert Kiplangat Kurgat have been charged as scapegoats.
