City lawyer Francis Laichena Mugambi has allegedly become a dangerous con to deal with if the current development is something to go by.
According to our investigations and some media platforms, Francis Laichena Mugambi has been conning victims for their cash, especially those seeking compensation from insurance firms and other respectful companies.
For instance, in one of the cases that is life and disturbing. He has so far defrauded a victim of a Sh1.3 Million Insurance Settlement from a motorcycle motorcycle accident victim, leaving him in sad and painful conditions
The victim who spoke with our investigative team has been moving from one place to another seeking justice, and the Law Society of Kenya is yet to respond to the victim’s demand.
The victim alleges that the lawyer, Cum Fraudster, failed to disburse the Ksh 1.3 million paid by an insurance company following a 2016 motorcycle accident and has been moving around bragging about how rich he is to the extent of declaring an interest in a political seat.
Our efforts to reach him on the phone for a comment on the matter were not successful, as he failed to respond to our calls.
“He, Lawyer Laichena Mugambi, is a conman; I urge all advocates to have already reported him at the Law Society of Kenya (LSK), claims because despite the insurance payout made in 2024, I have not yet received a single cent from my lawyer, who is Laichena Mugambi of Laichena Mugambi & Ayiecko Advocates, based at Utalii House,” he said.
The victim is appealing for the LSK and the DCI to move with speed and help her get justice.
“I want the DCI and the LSK to compel him to pay back my money; this corrupt lawyer lacks humanity. You know the insurance made payments in 2024, and below I have attached all the crucial documents and photos to prove my allegations,” he said.
The lawyer has bragged that he is very rich and there is nothing the complainant will do.
“He told me he is rich and that I can’t take him anywhere. For all dealing with him kindly rethink your decision; his office is at Utalii House, Laichena Mugambi & Ayiecko Advocates.” He said
