A businessman from Dubai has narrated how City Lawyer Stephen Juma Ndeda, Businessman Mohamed Bashir Ibrahim, Rogue Martin Mwai, Fake Brigadier General Daniel Otieno Odieki, and Mr. Rodgers Omwamba Obure conned him $195,000 in a well-organized syndicate and fraud of the recent years.

PQ told this reporter that the problem began when Ndeda and the gangs mentioned flew to Dubai and promised to help him get a tender to supply electronic voting machines to the Kenyan government for the 2022 polls.
He said that immediately upon arriving in Dubai, they claimed to be the representatives of Former President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition Chief Raila Odinga, respectively.
The suspects also impersonated senior Military and Government officials to make the deal look legit. Lawyer Stephen Juma Ndeda was a key fraudster in the Saga.

Others were; Mohamed Bashir Ibrahim, Dr. Martin Mwai, Fake Brigadier General Daniel Otieno Odieki, and Mr. Rodgers Obure Omwamba.
” They told me to pay $195,000 so that I get a lucrative electronic voters machine that will help me accrue $312,000 profit in returns, they claimed to be the representatives of Kenya’s Ex-President Uhuru Kenyatta and Ex-Opposition Chief Raila Odinga,” he said.
He added” This scam involves $195,000 that the businessman from Dubai was defrauded by the said suspects in the ground that they were in a position to help him get a well-paying tender,” he said.
When he came to Kenya, Ndeda and his team abducted him and stole his bags, documents, and money. They have since blocked him from coming back to Kenya to seek Justice
